Land, particularly in the greater metropolitan area of Adelaide, is in short supply and as a result the land that is coming onto the market is being snapped up. We are optimistic however that new opportunities will emerge in the future which will give prospective home owners easier access to vacant land.
It is our expectation also that in the longer term land availability will improve sufficiently for house/land packages to once more become available. In that event we will resume our practice of providing this type of opportunity for our clients.
